DONOWIN GUEST HOUSE  I  Coonoor, TAMILNADU

A retiring couple relocating from Delhi was wanting to build 2 home stay in an highly downwards slopping site size of 10,000 sft. Design was proposed as two building blocks in different levels. Lower floor  on one block fits in level with upper floor  of another block facing each other with large flat surface of the  enclosed courtyard at the middle of the site. Rooms were outwardly arranged with covered corridors connecting in each level.
