Alaya is an residential development 4,00,000SFT with a land extent of 2 acres, located in the busy developing IT corridor. Hence design proposal needed to be a compact due to density and premium for above affordable segment with possible lung spaces.

We coined a term as “VILLA-MENT”, word come from Villa + apartment. Facilitating the buyer to feel like being in a Villa. It was designer as VILLA, but it was built like an apartment. Each of the unit fits in a rectangular space of 22’ x 60’, organised along the periphery of the site leaving open lung space in the middle.
