A gated retreat – habitat spread across 35 acres, in a small town in The Nilgiris, Tamilnadu.

Hill area plated development in 34 acres of land with the contour varying up to 100metres. Master planning was focused on the lowest point of the site which turned was in other man-made lake. Roads go radiating away from the lake with each plot measuring up to 10,000 sft.

Located at an altitude of about 1996m above sea level, the weather in Kotagiri ranges from extremely cold and wet in winter and monsoon months to warm and pleasant during the summer making it an ideal summer retreat. Design program asked for an indoor and outdoor recreational spaces, banquet spaces, swimming pool and restaurant for these vocationally visiting residents.
